Help, contact and answers for Life in UK Made Easy (the same name on the App Store), a Life in the UK test app.
The Life in the UK test has 24 questions and you need 18 right to pass. The app gives you 20 timed mock tests built like the real test, a question bank with more than 900 questions sorted by chapter, and a Test Readiness score on the Home screen: how many of the 480 mock test questions you have right. Get to 360 and you are ready for the test.
Email hello@somewherein.city. This is the fastest way to reach us, and the app owner reads every message. Please tell us which iPhone you use and what happened, so we can help you faster.
Mock tests 1 to 3 and 10 Question Bank questions are free. A subscription opens all 20 mock tests and the whole question bank. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. The Weekly plan is the standard plan. The Weekly (test share) plan costs less, for people who agree to tell us which questions they were asked after their test. The app shows the price in your currency before you buy. If you started using the app before version 1.4, you keep full access without a subscription.
Subscriptions are handled by Apple, so you cancel on your iPhone, not in the app. Open Settings, tap your name at the top (your Apple Account), tap Subscriptions, choose the app and tap Cancel Subscription. Cancel during the free trial and you pay nothing. To restore a subscription on a new iPhone, open the menu at the top of the Home screen and tap Restore Purchases.
Complete all 20 mock tests in the app and get 360 of the 480 questions right. If you then do not pass the Life in the UK test, claim in the app's Guarantee tab within 28 days of your test and we pay you £50. The full terms are on the Pass Guarantee page.
In the app, tap the menu button at the top of the Home screen, then Delete Account. This removes your answers, your progress, your test date and your anonymous account from our database. It cannot be undone. Test reports you have already sent are not removed: they stay in the totals, with an anonymous identifier only. The details are in our privacy policy.
The app creates an anonymous account so your progress is saved, and it stores the answers you give and your study progress. We ask for your name, email address and test date only if you choose the test-share plan, and for your name, email address and test result only if you claim the Pass Guarantee. If you share the questions you got in your test, we keep that report and add it to the totals every user sees; other users never see your own report. Please do not type personal details in a report. Usage analytics are on by default so we can see which parts of the app help people pass, and you can turn them off at any time in Settings, under Usage Data. The full details are in our privacy policy.
No. This is a study app made by an independent developer. It is not the official test and it does not contain the official questions.
